Nadine du Toit is an Associate at Durrheim Letley Inc, where she practises in the firm’s medical malpractice department and attends to family law matters, with growing exposure to proceedings in the Children’s Court.
She commenced her legal career at a reputable law firm in Randburg, gaining experience in both High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation, including debt review, foreclosure proceedings, vehicle asset recoveries, and related legal recoveries on behalf of major banking institutions.
Nadine completed her LLB degree in 2018 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019. After 13 years at the firm where she began her career, she joined TFK Attorneys in 2023, where her practice focused on general litigation and legal recoveries, with extensive exposure to Magistrates’ Court practice.
She joined Durrheim Letley Inc in 2024 and brings with her a solid litigation foundation, a thorough understanding of court practices and directives, and a strong commitment to contributing to the firm’s growth and client development.
